We switched to Truespeed some time ago and are so pleased with their service. They answer the calls personally when you call Tech Support and walk you through any issue in a way that is super easy to understand and follow through on. We love that we can walk into the store and get what we need right off the shelf and that the staff are knowledgable with the products you select. I’m a dinosaur when it comes to tech and if these guys and gals can help me and get things running smoothly at home, they can help ANYBODY. Yes, I’m that hopeless, but they are patient, kind and never leave me hanging. Service you just can’t find anywhere else, I promise you that.
