CASL Compliance
CASL Compliance
How Truespeed complies with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) to protect your inbox and privacy.
What is CASL?
Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) is federal law that protects Canadians from unsolicited commercial electronic messages. CASL requires organizations to obtain consent before sending commercial messages, identify themselves clearly, and provide a simple way to unsubscribe.
Our Commitment
Truespeed Internet Services is fully committed to complying with CASL.
Consent
We only send commercial electronic messages to individuals who have provided consent:
- Express consent: You have explicitly opted in to receive communications
- Implied consent: You have an existing business relationship with Truespeed
Message Identification
Every commercial message includes: clear Truespeed identification, our mailing address (803 Chelsea Street, Suite 1, Brockville, ON K6V 5T4), contact information, and a prominently placed unsubscribe mechanism.
Unsubscribing

- Reply “STOP” to any commercial text
- Email websales@truespeed.ca with “Unsubscribe” in the subject
- Call (613) 865-7733
