Truespeed will be performing a minor electrical upgrade to our site 4 tower (2nd Concession, Brockville) on Wednesday, September 16 between 9AM and 12 noon. While we will attempt to minimize the duration of the interruption or interruptions, subscribers directly connected to this tower will be impacted.
On Thursday, September 17 between approximately 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM technicians will be performing upgrades to core switches an our Toronto (TOR2) datacenter. This upgrade will be impacting service across our entire fixed rural wireless network. Again, we will attempt to minimize service outage duration but multiple interruptions within this service window should be expected.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause those impacted. The upgrades are intended to improve long term reliability and sustainability of the wireless network. Your understanding is appreciated!
