The Cable 1 Gig plan includes a modem at no extra charge. Other cable plans require you to purchase ($60–$120) or rent ($8–$12/mo) a compatible modem through us. DSL plans require a VDSL modem. No contracts — ever. All Truespeed residential internet plans are month-to-month. There are no early-termination fees, no 12 or 24-month commitments, and no lock-in of any kind. Stay because you love the service.
Most cable and DSL installations take 1–2 hours. Our local Brockville technicians will book a time that works for you. Fibre and rural wireless installations require a site visit to mount equipment and typically take 2–4 hours. Most customers are scheduled and connected within the same week they sign up.
