Cogeco has a planned maintenance window for Thursday August 15th in which all of our Cable clients will be affected.
Date & Time: Thursday Aug 15th 2019 starting 12:00am EST. Requested Window: 6 hours
Description: HW/SW upgrade
Customer downtime: All Cable subscribers will experience an outage that will vary from 1:00 AM to 2:00 AM but there will be intermittent service during the maintenance window.
Please note that no other internet services (wireless, DSL/FTTN, fibre) will be impacted during this window. For those who are impacted, we apologise for the inconvenience.
